OUR PROCESS
Two ways TEAL supports complex projects.
What TEAL delivers
You’re not hiring extra hands, you’re partnering with certainty. TEAL manages the technical and practical challenges of ambitious projects so they perform as intended. Explore BUILD and Assemble to see how we make complex ideas real, reliable, and ready for installation.

BUILD delivers certainty from concept to fabrication.
You bring the artistic vision. We turn it into a buildable project.
We reduce unknowns early, lock critical decisions, and carry them through engineering. Fabrication follows a controlled plan.
BUILD Process

01
Design for Production
We turn the concept into a manufacturable strategy with clear constraints.

02
Production & Supplier Management
We manage suppliers and production so quality stays predictable.

03
Installation
We install the work on location, and prepare it for opening, handover or maintenance.

ASSEMBLE makes output predictable
Low-risk, repeatable projects for artists and studios with modular works. We solve consistency, speed, quality controll, and packaging. So production scales without chaos.
ASSEMBLE Process

01
Assembly scan
We map the process, risks, and QC gates before scaling.
We map the process

02
High-volume Assembly
A repeatable production line for large volumes of components
We map the process

03
Quality Controll and Packaging
We test every piece and package it to reduce transport and on-site risks.
Ready to start?
1
Not sure whether it’s Build or Assemble?
That’s normal. Choose “Not sure” in the form and describe your current stage. We’ll suggest the right entry point.
2
I’m not sure if my project qualifies. Should I still reach out?
Yes. If your project has technical complexity, tight tolerances, assembly risk, or an installation deadline, it’s worth a quick brief. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you early and point you to the right next step.
3
What do you need to start?
A reference image or sketch, basic constraints (site/scale), and a rough timeline is enough.
4
How do I get started or request a proposal?
We usually step in when we can control production and/or assembly, because that’s how we protect reliability. If you’re unsure, still reach out, we’ll clarify quickly.
