Introduction

TEAL led the year-long development process for the exhibition and the two-week onsite installation of "Philip Vermeulen - Chasing The Dot" at Rijksmuseum Twenthe. We coordinated a multidisciplinary team, taking the project from empty galleries to a fully installed solo exhibition across six spaces.

artist statement

Rijksmuseum Twenthe hosted the very first solo museum exhibition of the emerging artist Philip Vermeulen. Titled Philip Vermeulen. Chasing The Dot, the show featured no fewer than six of his intriguing works, each displayed in its own dedicated room. Additionally, two brand-new pieces were specially created for this exhibition.

our role

Working with Studio Philip Vermeulen’s installation team of up to 15 specialists, TEAL coordinated the full two-week build-up period: planning, sequencing, daily site management, and technical alignment between sound, light, rigging and exhibition design. From empty galleries to a fully installed solo museum exhibition, we ensured a controlled build process, clear communication, and safe, reliable execution across six dedicated rooms, including the integration of two newly produced works.
